Who can write a review

Anyone with a real experience of a company. You confirm your email with a one-time code before posting, and you can review each company once.

Verified purchase badge

You can upload a bill or order screenshot. Our team checks it and adds a "Verified purchase" badge. The document is never shown publicly.

How we catch fake reviews

Our system flags unusual patterns, such as several reviews from one network in a short time. Flagged reviews are checked by a person before they appear.

What companies can and cannot do

Companies can claim their profile, update their details and reply publicly. They cannot remove, hide, edit or reorder reviews, and paid plans never change a rating. A company can report a review that breaks our guidelines, and a moderator decides.

How the rating is calculated

The rating is the average of all published reviews, shown to one decimal place.
